SINGLE MEMBRANE

Halls in single membrane technology are some of the oldest solutions. Cheap in installation, expensive to maintain. Very high heat loss and high pressure blown inwards for maintenance make this solution expensive to use.

TWO MEMBRANES

Double membrane halls have good thermal insulation, air is blown between the two membranes/shells (similar to a mattress) and into the hall. Such a construction effectively deals with unfavorable weather conditions, but the shape does not allow for playing in the corners and at the walls of the hall.

PANORAMA

Our solution has all the advantages of two-membrane halls, but thanks to the special construction the angle of the walls is very large, which allows you to play freely also on the edge of the pitch. Special solutions such as reinforced inner membrane or special insulating coats from below increase comfort and energy efficiency.

HIGH CORNERS AND WALLS

Our partner has many years of experience in the development and construction of pneumatic halls which allowed us to create a hall with about 65° of wall erection angle. Such a solution definitely distinguishes us in the market because it allows for a trouble-free game from a car and a corner throw, which undoubtedly increases the comfort of playing for footballers, and in the case of tennis halls allows for a normal game of doubles.

BETTER INSULATION

Our solutions in this area are unrivalled. The air blown between the membranes creates a large air cushion (up to 50 cm), which in combination with the use of special membranes, an improved air flow system between the coatings and also inside the hall guarantees very good thermal insulation. The additional membrane layer at the contact between the arena and the sporting surface additionally seals and insulates.

VENTILATION AND HEATING SYSTEM

To heat the hall we use a ventilation and heating system, which task is also to keep the coating up. We use systems with air recirculation circulation, which increases its efficiency while reducing costs.

Our blowing solutions ensure proper air circulation and even heating, while hall users do not feel the air movement. The hall can be heated by different types of fuel: heating oil, gas, pellets or hot water.

The advantage of our system is the possibility of obtaining the required temperature within a dozen to several dozen minutes (depending on external conditions) and switching off the heating when the facility is not in use.

MEMBRANES

Our membranes are coated on both sides with PVC and acrylic varnish. The materials we use in the construction are very resistant to stretching and tearing (a one-meter sheet of our membrane can support a weight of more than 7 tons), resistant to changing weather conditions, flame retardant, easy to clean and very well let the light through – thanks to this, we do not have to use artificial lighting in the hall during the day.

LIGHTING

To illuminate our halls we use mainly modern LED projectors, which enable proper illumination of the game square in accordance with national and European standards – we obtain the intensity of 200 lx without any problem.

Our projectors are adapted to work in pneumatic halls, their construction and a special way of mounting prevents easy damage in contact with e.g. a ball.

COMFORT AND CONVENIENCES

High corners and walls for comfort of play, as well as the high height of the hall are not all amenities in our halls.

Our technologies allow us to keep the pressure difference in the hall practically imperceptible for people inside.

Air movements are not felt by users. We can make a sluice which a truck with a semi-trailer (TIR) will drive into the hall and deliver a system of pitch fencing to smaller areas.

ASSEMBLY AND DISASSEMBLY

For assembly/disassembly of the hall for the Orlik-type pitch 12-16 people are needed, for a full-size pitch 25-30 people are needed, i.e. 2/3 less in comparison with older technologies.

We can also equip the hall with a warehouse for storage of coatings as well as specialist trolleys for transporting and storing coatings.

SPORTS SURFACES

Our extensive experience in the construction of outdoor sports facilities allows us to offer you a selection of suitable football grasses (for professionals, schools, football nurseries, etc.), tennis grasses or polyurethane surfaces.

All the surface systems we offer have appropriate tests for flame retardancy, so they are safe to use inside the pneumatic halls, and at the same time economical, durable and easy to use.
